Prices

All prices are in £ sterling per bottle, duty paid and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Prices quoted may be subject to change if, for example, the vintage changes, there are price increases form our suppliers, or the level of duty alters. Wines available in any quantity from one bottle. For larger orders over 24 bottles further discounts might apply but are not applicable in conjunction with other offers. Please contact us for full details.

Payment

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and dispatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.

Delivery

We cannot guarantee delivery times but for deliveries within the UK mainland, we aim to deliver within four working days. Please apply for times and costs for deliveries outside the UK mainland.

Delivery Costs

We offer free delivery for orders of £100 in value or more to a single address on the UK mainland. There is a £10.00 flat delivery rate per order of less than £100 in value delivered to a single address in the UK mainland. Conditions of Purchase

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. Wines are available in any quantity from one bottle. Wines cannot be sold or delivered to anyone under the age of 18.

Purchasing

To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order's data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.

After-Sales Services and Guarantees

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of the wines supplied, we will gladly replace them.
