Details:

Made from Nero d’Avola (100%) it is medium salmon in colour with fresh aromas of raspberries and strawberries.

Dry with refreshing acidity and flavours of red berry fruits. Quite full bodied for a rose with good length and balance.

Can be drunk on its own as an aperitif but also excellent with fish, cold meats, smoked dishes and soft cheeses.
