Details:

Very pale lemon in colour, gentle sparkle with slow stream of medium sized bubbles which faded over time.

Quite pronounced aromas of apple and grapefruit. On the palate dry and crisp with more body than one might expect and flavours of
grapefruit and lime with a long finish.

Perfect as an aperitif on its own or drink with crudités or charcuterie.
