Fermented and aged in oak this is a full bodied rose with lots of red berry fruits.Listed in the 2010 edition of the Guide Hachette
Gevrey Chambertin Rouge 2005, Domaine Maurice Gavignet (Burgundy)
A lovely soft silky wine with concentrated fruit from an almost perfect vintage.
Cotes de Brouilly 2008,Domaine Andre Dumas (Beaujolais)
A quality wine from a low yielding vintage. Lots of fruit and noticeable tannins which make it an ageworthy wine.
Jurancon Moelleux 2007, Domaine Bordenave-Coustarret (Jurancon)
An unusual sweet wine. A blend of Gros and Petit Manseng, not too sweet with a lovely backbone of acidity.
