A rather unusual dry white made from a blend of Gros and Petit Manseng.
Cheverny Blanc 2009, Domaine Sauger (Loire)
A great Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay blend from the relatively new appellation of Cheverny.
Gaillac Rose 2007, Domaine L'Enclos de Rozes (South West)
A rich and relatively full bodied rose made from a blend of Duras and Fer Servadou from vines aged up to 40 years.
Coteaux de L'Ardeche Cuvee Marjorie 2006, Domaine Mas de Bagnols (Rhone Valley)
Quite full bodied, a blend of Grenache and Syrah and drinking really well now.
Cotes De Thongue Syrah 2002, Domaine Bourdic (Languedoc)
A big powerful red, the tannins have softened with age.
Les Lauzieres Rouge 2005, Mas de la Barben (Languedoc)
A lovely, great value wine. A blend of Grenache and Syrah with soft tannins, plenty of fruit and a long finish.
