Soave doesn't always get a good press, but this is a complex and intense wine from hand harvested 35 year old vines part matured in oak.
Chianti Classico Riserva della Villa 2005, Tenuta di Sticciano (Tuscany)
A good example of a Chianti classico. It has bags of fruit, medium body and a long finish - great with red meat and mature cheeses.
