Sirromet’s Signature Collection makes use of selected parcels of carefully nurtured fruit to produce wines of rare character and
distinction.

This lovely sparkling red is produced from Petit Verdot which gives good colour, firm tannins and a good fruit flavours.

Medium ruby in colour it has aromas of fresh violets and blueberries with a hint of chocolate. On the palate it is medium sweet with
balanced acidity and tannins. The flavours are of red berries  and cherries.
