Sirromet’s Signature Collection makes use of selected parcels of carefully nurtured fruit to produce wines of rare character and
distinction.

Pale lemon in colour with hints of green. This wine has a fine aroma of citrus and vanilla with hints of melon and figs with underlying
minerality.

In the mouth there are creamy flavours of citrus and tropical fruits and a complex and long finish. The wine received extended lees
and fine oak maturation.
