Sirromet’s Signature Collection makes use of selected parcels of carefully nurtured fruit to produce wines of rare character and
distinction.

Deep ruby in colour this wine has aromas of plums, fruit cake, sweet spices and a slight toastiness.

It is rich and firm with soft ripe tannins and flavours of plum and rhubarb. It was matured half and half in French and American oak for 12 months.
