Sirromet’s Signature Collection makes use of selected parcels of carefully nurtured fruit to produce wines of rare character and
distinction.

Made from Chambourcin grapes this  Sun Wine is made using the mistelle sytem where the fermentation process is stopped by adding alcohol leaving a sweet  fortified wine

It is rich ruby red in colour with  fresh youthful aromas of red berry fruits and hints of liquorice. There is good balance between fruit flavours, acidity, spirit and sweetness. The flavours are of red and black berries with good structure giving a sweet wine without a cloying palate. The abv is 21.9%.
