Prices

• Prices are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT.
• Promotional prices and offers are as stated with no further discount available. Promotional % discounts are available only on full price products.
• We try our best to ensure that the prices on this website are accurate but occasionally an error may occur and the price may be incorrect. If we discover an incorrect price after you have placed and paid for an order we may at our discretion: either contact you and ask you if you wish to cancel your order or continue with it at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order.We will not be obliged to fulfil your order at the incorrect price.
• We reserve the right to change our prices, offers, goods and specification of goods at any time before we accept your order.

Ordering

• By placing an order with Wines Unfurled you are confirming that you are 18 years or older and we reserve the right not todeliver if we are unsure of this.

• Sometimes a product or vintage may no longer be available. In the event a product is no longer available we will contact you to arrange a replacement or to agree another arrangement which is acceptable to you.

• We reserve the right not to accept any order.

• Placing an order on this website does not constitute a contract, which is made only when we accept your order and process payment.

• There is no requirement to purchase a minimum amount of bottles but the minimum order value is £50.

• Goods sold to trade customers are for resale only within the EEA.

Delivery

Mainland UK

• Mainland UK delivery for orders of £100 or more is free. For orders of under £100 there is a delivery charge of £9.99.

Overseas/ Outside Mainland UK

• We can deliver outside the UK mainland and overseas and will quote you a delivery method and cost which will be added to you order.

Returns

• Should a wine be faulty we will either replace it or provide a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

• We may require a faulty bottle of wine to be returned to us and will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.

Cancellations and complaints

• Should you have a complaint please provide us with full details either by e-mail (info@ winesunfurled.co.uk) or by telephone +44 (0)1584 705001. We will try and resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

Crime prevention

• For the purposes of prevention or detection of offences and/or the apprehension or prosecution of offenders, we may share any information we collect with the police or other agencies in accordance with relevant legislation. Information shared in this way will not be used for marketing purposes.
