How does the wine plan work?

You choose the amount of money to put into your wine plan and how often you would like to receive your wines.

How much money do I have to put into the plan?

You can either pay £150 each month or £150 every three months

When will I receive my wines?

If you pay monthly you will receive a twelve bottle case every month or for three monthly payments you case will be sent every three months

What are the benefits of joining the wine plan?

For whichever wine plan option you choose you will receive a minimum discount of 15% against the listed website price and in some instances the discount will be even higher.
In addition we will also provide you with full background information on your wines with tasting notes and a breakdown of the discount you have received.

How do I choose the wines I would like to receive?

By signing up to the wine plan you are allowing us to select the wines on your behalf.
We only want to send wines that we believe you will love so you need to tell us the wine styles and flavours you enjoy most. You can do this when you register on our website by ticking the boxes by each colour and wine style you prefer.

Or if you are fearless and want to try all different styles leave the wine style preferences unticked and let us surprise you.

How do I sign up to the Wine Plan?

Once you have registered you will see an option to sign up for the Wine Plan. By choosing and confirming this option you are accepting the terms and conditions of the Wine Plan. At this stage you will also be asked to provide details of a credit card from which your monthly payments will be collected.

How do I pay money into my wine plan?

When you sign up for the plan you will be asked to provide details of a credit card. Payments will be taken through a secure Wordplay portal in accordance with the amount and frequency you specified.

How do I change the amount I want to pay into my Wine Plan?

You can sign in and change any of your preferences including the amount and frequency of delivery whenever you wish.

What if I don’t like the wines I have received?

We hope that this will never be the case but if you are not satisfied with your wines please let us know so that we can understand the reason for your dissatisfaction.
If any wine is not to your taste or it is faulty we will credit your payment card with the discounted price of the bottle.
